On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.

If you installed PLESK 12.5.x over an old 9 PLESk, then you have a small chance to work something. If wasn't a real upgrade, the DB is not the same and a lot of things not the same. Try to run the reapir tool as it was mentioned before and hope this help.
