If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
I was having this same issue, but I was able to resolve it with the following:
When I originally checked the Server to see if the Update Service was listening:
netstat -anp |grep 8447
I got nothing. Then I used the command
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --service-mode=update...
I have several test systems setup, but they all come with QMail by default. You would need to switch the mail server to postfix, but it does have a domain associated with it for you to create e-mail accounts and test.
Would this be beneficial to you?
Chris
Yes, I can run the autoinstaller, but QMail is not an included component for the Small Business Panel. This means that customers using the Small Business Panel simply have to 'deal with it' until the fix is released.
Chris
I am seeing that this is affecting Small Business Panel 10.2 as well, but unfortunately there is no option to install QMail for SBP.
Do you have a possible ETA for this fix?
Regards,
Chris Y.
