Hi,
I have read that plesk 11 ships with a short list of languages pre-installed.
If I wanted to switch everything from English to Japanese would I have to purchase a separate license to use Japanese?

I am trying to find documentation on how to automate licensing using an API but I am unable to find any on http://www.parallels.com/ptn
I do not know how the API works nor what to do once I am able to download it. Any guidance would be very helpful.
