Yes, I show like that but the time is not changed. You can see the time is 00.00 but our time here is noon. So what ever I put there in the page it still won't change the time. But I can save the Time Zone as you can see.

No, I can't do it in Tools&Settings -> System Time page I tried to update the time to Thailand time. But it won't change. (see image attached)
