A. your software, or
B. your documentation.

it's been a while since you posted. I suffered the same issue, causing a lot of problems when trying to update CMS code. I reported/complained about this a long time ago (2 or 3 years), but am still hitting the same issue in Plesk 12. Did you ever find a solution for this?

I would also like to know how to set a server-wide date.timezone for php so that I don't have to set it each time I set up a new domain in Plesk.
