I trying use this 2 function "application fastcgi/application PHP7.0.12" with apache but the webpage of the link is download files PHP7.0.8 and 7.0.12 not same option as nginx the webpage to this files is can views normaly.

after to remove with this:
dpkg --remove libapache2-modsecurity plesk-modsecurity-configurator plesk-modsecurity-crs
add other solution to this (if not found on GUI Plesk 12.5.30+) / step 3
sudo apt-get install libapache2-modsecurity...
