    Well, actually during all these ages we were creating tons of redirects in order to follow our domain changes: kb.sw-soft.com -> kb.parallels.com -> kb.sp.parallels.com -> kb.odin.com -> kb.plesk.com -> support.plesk.com/hc We have over 9k redirects configured on the previous knowledge base...

    The two possible reasons from the top of my head: 1) You are trying to migrate using non-root but some other user account; 2) Key authentication is disabled in the sshd configuration (otherwise you should get "stderr: Permission denied (publickey,password)" error).

    Hi, Paul! Thank you for reporting - we published https://kb.plesk.com/en/129990 even though were unable to reproduce it locally (checked only fresh Plesk Onyx installation with Migrator extension over clean CentOS 7 operation system scenario).
