Dear Pleskians! The Plesk Forum will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Monday, 7th of July, at 9:00 AM UTC. The expected maintenance window is 2 hours.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding on the matter.
I have the same problem.
I can't complete a full backup to FTP even though I have a significant amount of free space left.
It seems a possible workaround would be to schedule a separate backup task on a per-subscription basis (assuming none of the subscriptions size is greater than the free...
Ah ok, I understand now I think.
In that case maybe best for me to give up on having clients use their own domain in the host address and just get them to use the address of the general server cert I have set in the "Certificate for securing mail" option in Plesk.
Yes agreed I certainly wasn't suggesting that asking clients to add a security suggestion should be a permanent solution.
But I am hoping that there is another solution on the horizon that will allow clients to use mail.customerdomain.com with a valid certificate? That would be the ideal...
Thanks mr-wolf, but it's important that my customers are able to use "mail.customer-domain.com" as the mail server address for various "white label" reasons.
Just to clarify once more!
Problem: When a customer adds their email account to Thunderbird / Outlook / etc. using "mail.customer-domain.com" they receive an error: "Invalid Certificate: This certificate belongs to a different site"
There is no solution to this problem using the Plesk control...
Hi Ruslan,
They are all straightforward 301 Redirects:
user goes to alias.com/my-page and gets redirected to domain.com/my-page.
No emails or anything.
I just searched docs.plesk.com and google for "Plesk Add-On Domains" but couldn't find any documentation.
Any update on this?
I foolishly started implementing SSL on some sites without realising it would break all the aliases!
Is there a workaround in the meantime?
I finally received a couple of alert emails at 5:23 and 5:33 this morning. I hadn't changed anything since a couple of days ago...
Shouldn't the emails be sent when the alert triggers?
Thanks Igor.
I'm no longer getting the configuration error, but I'm also still not receiving any emails.
Here's the complete file for clarity. Note the low values for <device name = "/"> and <CPU> total usage. Both of these are definitely triggering alarms.
<configdata>

Thanks Igor.
I tried your suggestion:
Restarting psa-health-monitor-notificationd (via systemctl): psa-health-monitor-notificationd.service.
I can see that the Alerts are being successfully triggered by going to the Server Health page.
But still, no emails.
I guess I could try adding the...
Hi,
I'm trying to test whether email notifications are successfully sent by the Health Monitor. I downloaded custom-health-config.xml which specifies:
"The "notificationEmail" child element defines an alarm notification recipient. If the element is omitted, the alarm notifications are sent to...
I'm new to Plesk (and server admin in general) so please excuse what may be a simple issue.
This has happened the last four days in a row:
* At 06:29 I get an email from my Plesk server with the subject "Application Updates." It only lists one plugin update for a WordPress site, even though...
