Resolved Let's Encrypt: Certs not auto-renewed if redirect to HTTPS is enabled for domain

Just a quick update on this. We had some special rules on Cloudflare that conflicted with LetsEncrypt. After redoing all this, it appears to be working again. Atleast that was our issue :-)

Issue Server is permanently down and unavailable

Are these RSS feeds generated - live - on the fly, as people request it by URL? I have had success with other projects, where feeds are updated once a hour and people just download the generated feed by URL. This way you don't have XX people generating a live feed at the same time, but they...

Issue Switching from FCGI to PHP-FPM fails

This should automaticly be covered by the various kernel updates we are doing and as a result rebooting the entire server. However, this seems to happen no matter what website we change the type of PHP processor on. I can pick another subscription and change the PHP processor and it will fail...

Resolved Plesk and HTTP2 Rapid Reset

Thank you indeed for a fast reply, Peter! I just checked 3 of our Debian servers and 2 of our Almalinux server and these parameters seems missing on all servers in the /etc/nginx/nginx.conf We haven't modified Nginx on any of the servers. I will attempt to create a new file and add these...

Issue Switching from FCGI to PHP-FPM fails

Since the last Plesk update, we experience a weird issue. When we go into a subscriptions PHP extension to change the "Run PHP as" from "FastCGI application Served by Apache" and changes it to "FPM application served by Apache", the website responds with a 503 page. The website error log is...

Resolved Sometimes server restarts. (false positive message in Notifications Panel)

I have also noticed this. I see that message every day actually. If i logon Plesk at 08:00, the message is displayed as server restarted at 08:00. Just once a day however, if i login again later i don't see the message. This continues every day :-)

    Resolved Grafana monitoring suddenly broken

We recently ordered a new server from our host, it came installed with Plesk and Alma 9.2. We then added our first subscription and selected "Monitoring on your own" As soon as we went into the Monitoring link in the menu, we received a 404 not found page, where grafana should have been...

    Resolved Grafana monitoring suddenly broken

Just tried to install Grafana on a new AlmaLinux 9.2. It failed due to chkconfig not being able to install. My solution: 1. Move /etc/init.d to a temporary location (chkconfig will not install, if /etc/init.d is present in the system) 2. dnf install chkconfig 3. Move /etc/init.d back from the...

Resolved Timestamps in Apache logs and Obsidian 18.0.53

I can confirm that we received the update today and the bug is no longer. The topic may be marked as RESOLVED

Resolved Timestamps in Apache logs and Obsidian 18.0.53

If the logfiles are downloaded manually and checked, the timestamps appear to be correct. Perhaps it is only just the visual "Logs" tool under subscriptions, not displaying the correct timestamp?

Resolved Timestamps in Apache logs and Obsidian 18.0.53

This has been attempted too, without any luck: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12377454041239-Log-files-have-incorrect-timestamps-after-system-time-or-timezone-was-changed-in-Plesk

Resolved Timestamps in Apache logs and Obsidian 18.0.53

Across our servers, since we updated Plesk to 18.0.53, it seems that our servers are now running with a different time. Before 18.0.53, the timestamps in Apache logs were fine. Any idea on how to adjust this? We have tried adjusting System time settings in Plesk, however these times seems to be...

Question In place upgrade of Almalinux or other Red Hat based?

My bad, you are correct. I was asking our hosting provider (and reseller) about this and they informed me that they are working closely with Plesk in terms of elevating Alma 8 to 9, inside of Plesk. They said their first priority was to get Centos 7 upgraded to Alma 8 and the next step is Alma...

Question In place upgrade of Almalinux or other Red Hat based?

I was actually inquiring our host about this a few days ago. ELevate seems to have something that can do this, but from what i am told, Plesk is already working on such a feature. It may take some time from what i am told, however the security updates on AlmaLinux 8 are good until May 2024 so i...
