We have the same issues and didn't change anything, but the Plesk Update. We analyzed the logs, there is no DDOS or higher volume of traffic. It must be an plesk issue. We checkt all consistency, but didn't find any hint on a change.

We use the latest Plesk Onyx (17.8.11 Update #8) on CentOS. Everything ist up to date and nginx as Webserver.
We have 3 additional IPv4 and everything works great - even the security features.
But if we reboot the server, nginx start, but we have to go to "Tools and Services" -> IP Adresses ->...
