Question WordPress Updates Digest out of date by the time I log on

Hey @Kaspar, thanks for your reply. What you describe sounds about right and I think running the updates before the digest makes sense. I think it's a problem for all of the wordpress instances on my server so would you know if there is a way to update all wordpress instances. The wp-toolkit...

Question WordPress Updates Digest out of date by the time I log on

Hi Team, I regularly get a "WordPress Updates Digest" sent through from my server telling me that various plugins have newer versions available. This morning as an example at 03:43, telling me that Yoast SEO was at 21.6 and that 21.7 is available. I also think that I have everything set to...

Resolved Any way to remove all of the bloody adverts?

Great response @Maarten thank you. I have not played with the panel.ini file before but I will be doing in the future! I added the lines you suggested with 1 modification and 1 addition I added; [ext-catalog] contextAds = off And "blacklist = sectigo" became "blacklist = sectigo, symantec -...

Resolved Any way to remove all of the bloody adverts?

Hey Team, I'm becoming more and more frustrated with all of the "adverts" (I'm sure plesk call them "trusted 3rd party options that we think you might like" or something similar). Is there a way that I can prevent some or all of these from getting in the way of the work I want to do? For...

Resolved (104)Connection reset by peer: mod_fcgid: error reading data from FastCGI server

Ok where does shared memory come from? so my VPS is in a Virtuozzo container, the problem I have had previously seems to have been the same thing but it was causing opcache errors. a cat /proc/user_beancounters shows shmpages and numiptent with fail counters. I have no access to the host and my...

Resolved (104)Connection reset by peer: mod_fcgid: error reading data from FastCGI server

Hi Igor, I get the error but with a memory segment of 33554432 (32mb rather than 64mb?) so I guess it's the same problem. I think I have had issues with shared memory and this server in the past. I forget exactly what the problem was but it's related to the type of virtualisation used I think.

Resolved (104)Connection reset by peer: mod_fcgid: error reading data from FastCGI server

Hi All, I could really do with some help trying to get to the the bottom of some problems I am having on my VPS running 18.0.25 Update #2 on Centos 6.1. On at least 3 of the domains hosted on my server I am getting regular "500" errors being displayed and upon checking the error logs for these...

Issue Webmail giving 500 internal server error

File has been reset again by whatever it is that rebuilds it and killed webmail. The "fix" of adding the line back is still working Does anyone have any ideas what builds that file and how I change it's defaults?

Issue Webmail giving 500 internal server error

After taking a look through /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/templates/default/webmail/roundcube.php it would appear that my install is using plesk-php73-fastgci plesk bin php_handler --list | grep fastcgi shows that the ini file for this is located in /opt/plesk/php/7.3/etc/php.ini cat...

Issue Webmail giving 500 internal server error

Hi Again all, I had left my install with the "opcache.memory_consumption=32" added to the end of /etc/psa-webmail/roundcube/php.ini which had resolved my issue until yesteday (or maybe the day before) when it seems the system re-built that file and wiped out my mod. The opcache limit is also...

Issue Webmail giving 500 internal server error

It was already installed but I have never looked at it before. It complained about some configuration files from domains that have been deleted so I fixed them and it is now all green. Still not totally clear if I have resolved the issue "properly" or not. Should the webmail for a given domain...

Issue Webmail giving 500 internal server error

Had a reply from Brujo but I can't see it here (which is strange). I have also just realized that I was having a problem whereby the webserver configuration file was failing to be generated as I had some now depreciated commands in the config files for some of my sites. Apache cannot be started...

Issue Webmail giving 500 internal server error

I've also just tried adding "opcache.memory_consumption=32" to the end of /etc/psa-webmail/roundcube/php.ini and that seems to have fixed the problem however there is a warning at the top of that file that it is generated automatically, so, new question Does anyone know where...
