    The problem is only half solved because it doesn't work for an image (opcache off, checked in phpinfo()). Example, I replace an image named "x.jpg" and in brower i add x.jpg?v=current_time to force reload. Even when doing ctrl+F5, the image takes a few seconds to change. Working on PHP 8.1...

    Hi, Yes, opcache for PHP 7.3 was a problem... opcache is enabled on PHP 8.1 and I don't have this problem Thanks a lot
