Thanks for your help! The Issue was caused by a corrupted HDD in the Server. After replacing the HDD and running the repair again all worked fine! Sorry for the inconvinience...

Ok, wait! We found out, that one HDD on the server seems to be corrupted. We now replacing the HDD with a new one and will do a repair afterwards. I get back if done so.
