• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

For WordPress site owners, threats posed by hackers are ever-present. Because of this, we are developing a new security feature for the WP Toolkit. If the topic of WordPress website security is relevant to you, we would be grateful if you could share your experience and help us test the...

Important "Active List" will be discontinued and replaced by "Dynamic List" starting March 2024

@TRANSFER, the Databases button takes you to the list of the databases within one subscription, not the whole server. For every database, there is a control near its title that lets you assign or reassign it to one of the domains within the subscription.

    Question Disable nag screen

Hi Dave, If you close this panel using the "X" button in the top right corner, it will not appear and will not bother you anymore. However, apart from that, can you please provide me with some details about why this panel is a problem for you and how it affects your workflow? Also, where in...

@Linulex could you please clarify, where exactly in the Active list this "compatibilitymodus" is? It would be great if you attached a screenshot.

Important "Active List" will be discontinued and replaced by "Dynamic List" starting March 2024

@SJJ let me assure you that this wasn't the Sitejet promotion. We are testing the various UI improvements to check if they change the customers' workflow for the better or worse. The ones that affect the workflow badly don't go into the product.

@ikbel, normally you don't have to enter the user credentials every time. Just select the preferred domain and press "Save".

Important "Active List" will be discontinued and replaced by "Dynamic List" starting March 2024

@Flind22 thank you for the feedback. I will bring it to the development team and discuss how we may address the issues in the Dynamic list. But I need to clarify some details first. Could you please elaborate on that? Because we believe that the dynamic list is much more compact compared to the...

Question What columns do you want to see in the domain list?

Kaspar, thank you for such a detailed answer! I would like to clarify a couple of things. What do you do, after you filter out the old-version domains? Do you switch them individually or is it a kind of mass operation? And since you mentioned filtering in the domains list, could you please...

Question What columns do you want to see in the domain list?

Kaspar, thanks for the comment. I am a product designer at Plesk. I'm currently working on the domain list improvements and I asked Peter to help me with this research. I fully agree with you, that all the columns are not needed all the time, and their number might vary depending on the user...
