Will Plesk provide a solution for that issue?

I receive the error too since 03.06.2025 on a daily base: /etc/cron.daily/drweb-update: ERROR: Dr.Web Updater: failed to download files ! run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/drweb-update exited with return code 105 Manually executing /etc/cron.dailty/drweb-update does work without errors.

Error still remains on a daily base.

Due to the trouble with migration and lack of stability we discontinued to use the plesk-SoGo Extension now. An export of individual calenders and contact-lists via the webgui of sogo was possible. We imported the exports into a nextcloud installation, which covers most of SoGo functionality...

Next try was to "Export" everything (calender and contacts) - user by user - and import it on the new plesk server. Mail are migrated by plesk automatically. That was a working solution. Just all set rights were gone and CalDAV CardDAV do not work any longer.

After a Plesk-to-Plesk-Hosting-Migration group-calenders and rights to mailboxes and adress-books given to other SOGo-users seem to be lost. Can I transfer these manually?

It seems like, after creating a new mailadresse, I always have to execute the repair-tool.

Timestamp of Mails are 2hrs away from my timezone, which is Berlin/Europe. This should be a setting which is transfered from Plesk to SOGo. If someone can tell me, where I switch this for SOGo, it would be great.

After executing the repair, SOGo and the login worked just fine.

I found out the new created mail-users were not created in the sogo database. Is thereany way to manually create the ssha512-hash?

I am using an Ionos-Plesk vServer and installed the SOGo extension. Everythink look fine, but the Users can not log in. I read something about the password-encryption should be "sym". Where can I check or change that in Plesk?

Thank you very much for adding SOGo to Plesk! It's a great webmailer. I have the same problem. User/Pwd are not acceptet by SOGo at all. I even generated a new Mail-User [email protected] with an easy password - no login...
