    Yep, I have seen this. But It seems it doesn't apply. First red box says: Warning: MariaDB 10.3 is supported starting from Plesk Obsidian. Previous versions (Onyx and older) do not support MariaDB 10.3 and there are no plans to implement it currently. Nice - but in this state the update...
