    Also, do I have to set an A name record in DNS as "webmail"? Or "mail"? to Plesk? I've currently added an A Record and a www.

    Oh yes, I tried that. But after hours, I understood that the solution was to change the browser as Chrome wasn't copying the data as per the format.
