  • Please beaware of a breaking change in the REST API on the next Plesk release (18.0.62).
    Starting from Plesk Obsidian 18.0.62, requests to REST API containing the Content-Type header with a media-type directive other than “application/json” will result in the HTTP “415 Unsupported Media Type” client error response code. Read more here

    I understand that the issue stems from the Apache upgrade, which is unfortuante. This should have been caught before the Plesk update was sanctioned for release. Initially, although I could login to the Plesk administrator panel and run various checks to identify the cause of the downed sites...

    Issue Post Plesk Update - Server is inaccessible, MariaDB does not load

    An automatic upgrade was applied to the server early this morning and all sites are now inacccessible. Initially, I was able to login to the back end where I carried out systems checks and all seemed fine apart from the fact that websites were not accessible. Any advice on how to proceed with this?

    Resolved URGENT: Unexpect500 Internal Server error

    On waking, I have encountetered the same today, 32 sites down issuing the same error. I used plesk tool to check for errors and none were identiified. I then carried out a soft restart and am no longer able to access the server with MariaDB also unreachable.
