Forwarded to devs Spamassassin issue - not compiled or not compiled properly

Actually on Debian and Ubuntu they have them all as dependencies on the sa-compile package so they should all get automatically installed when you install it.

Forwarded to devs Spamassassin issue - not compiled or not compiled properly

@trialotto If I remember correctly I don't think that the Rule2XSBody plugin is enabled by default. I unpacked the default spamasssasin packages on Ubuntu 24 and Debian 12 and it's commented out in the config. SpamAssassin has a tonne of packages perl package dependencies that are not included...

Forwarded to devs Spamassassin issue - not compiled or not compiled properly

    1. I would also confirm that you have the re2c package installed as it's required by the sa-compile command. 2. Confirm that the Rule2XSBody plugin is really enabled (not commented out) in the config. Most of the people with this error had misconfiguration of the Rule2XSBody plugin or errors in...

Forwarded to devs Spamassassin issue - not compiled or not compiled properly

    > First of all, the command spamassassin --lint is a very rough indicator of config errors, not of compilation or code errors. Try adding the --debug option to spamassassin --lint to get more detailed output: spamassassin --lint --debug

Forwarded to devs Spamassassin issue - not compiled or not compiled properly

    1. Have you tried deleting the compiled rules in /var/lib/spamassassin/compiled/ then recompile them with the sa-compile command and see if you get the same error when you restart spamassassin? 2. Make sure to check the spamassassin config again with "spamassassin --lint". It should return no...

Forwarded to devs Spamassassin issue - not compiled or not compiled properly

    > The problem here is that "compilation" is absent - it does not matter whether the package provider or Plesk ascertains that "compilation" takes place. A simple cronjob or script could suffice. The default SpamAssassin package already includes a daily cron in /etc/cron.daily/spamassassin which...

Issue DKIM and DMARC issue, emails not sending

I also recommend using DMARC Domain Checker - dmarcian to test that all your DNS records are added properly and have no errors.

Forwarded to devs Spamassassin issue - not compiled or not compiled properly

If I remember correctly the default SpamAssassin packages are provided by the OS not Plesk so this would probably be something for the package maintainer. Also this error could just be caused by a bad rule. SpamAssassin can use the Rule2XSBody plugin to compile rules into native code to speed...

Input Warden Antispam & Virus Protection Extension for Plesk

@Bobbbb sorry that really wouldn't be effective against blocking spam. The bulk of spam isn't sent from the ASNs on this list. We already support the SpamHaus SH plugin which does a much better job than this could.

    Resolved Arc errors in maillog

@twebhosting Yes open a ticket with Plesk support and they should be able to fix it for you. We had the same error on one of my servers and they fixed it for us. This bug is different then the bug that was fixed in Plesk 18.0.59 - "PPPM-14305: authres library fails to parse the full spectrum of...

    Resolved Arc errors in maillog

@twebhosting That error you are getting is PPPM-14299: which happens when migrating subscriptions with add-on domains from Plesk <= 18.0.55 via the Migrator, or via a backup. Plesk support will have to fix it using a SQL query.

    Resolved Arc errors in maillog

    @Peter Debik I can confirm that updating to 18.0.59 fixed the issue. No more arc-sign errors in the maillog :) # tail -f /var/log/maillog | grep arc-sign Feb 20 09:34:20 web9 postfix-local[2481958]: 4F348100416848: arc-sign: stderr: SKIP Feb 20 09:34:59 web9 postfix-local[2482448]...

@dash Do you have any idea when Plesk is going to include a fix for this?

Resolved Juggernaut Security and Firewall Plesk Addon

@safemoon A web application firewall and an IPtables firewall perform two completely different tasks. You should have both installed. Juggernaut will monitor the modsecurity logs and ban users who trigger modsecurity repeatedly. @zed2007 Just add a rule for the IP address under Allow -> Allow...

    Resolved Arc errors in maillog

From Plesk support: We have received an update from our development team. The bug PPPM-14305 (authres library fails to parse the full spectrum of valid Authentication-Results: header values) is preliminary planned to be fixed in the upcoming Plesk update, Obsidian 18.0.59. Plesk Obsidian...

    Resolved Arc errors in maillog

I received word back. On our server it looks like its a combination of two different bugs: PPPM-14299: which happens when migrating subscriptions with add-on domains from Plesk <= 18.0.55 via the Migrator, or via a backup. PPPM-14305: authres library fails to parse the full spectrum of valid...

Input Warden Antispam & Virus Protection Extension for Plesk

I think you have something else going on here. Why are all your spam scores so low (maybe your bayes is poisoned)? Is this spam originating from the server itself? Your spam scores should be much higher. With a spam level of 1 how is any legitimate email supposed to go though? I recommend that...

@Hangover2 Why don't you just enable the spam kill level and reject the email before it gets redirected? https://www.danami.com/clients/knowledgebase/251/How-can-I-enable-the-policy-spam-kill-level-in-order-to-reject-mail-over-a-certain-score.html
