Helloooo? will my domain stop everyday if anybody exceed his mailbox?

What???? I have 1000+ mailbox for this domain. And all boxes have 250 MB quota. How can i check every they ? if any of them exceed 250 suspending domain! it was not like this on previous versions ? If one user exceed the quota he will not get email? Why plesk suspending domain ?
