Especially if I listen to the @trialotto 's feedback, it is a confirmation how different things might be in the regions and with customers.
To give a background how I see this things: Internet Services is a cent business, we are not even talking about euros. Our competitors take € 4,- per month...
After the discussion with a specialist, we got the first information, that the reseller is definitly the contract partner, as he/she buys the license and re-sells it. The contract partner is the one, who can be claimed for everything, and then has to fight against the selling partner.
If the...
Two Plesk partners informed us (independently) this week that they have to cancel the contracts with us due to push from Plesk, especially because of price increase:

1.b.) Let me refer to well working howtos that we currently use to offer PHP 5.3 for Debian and Almalinux (8)
2.) As we are in the middle of Q2 is this Release to be expected in...
Hi fvs047, as you can see there are different voices here. I partly agree with the comment from @Bitpalast but I really think the question depends on what your needs are. So I want to give you some insights in the experience that I've made in the last years and how I see the things. And yes...
Hi fvs047,
first of all - you definitely did not go for the wrong choice. We use Plesk since version 7 (10 years+) and we are pretty happy with it. The topic that we discuss here is the high price increase, but honestly said: Where don't you have it. Even my annual payment for the Connecting...
