    CPU usage readings

    I use a few different tools to monitor aspects of my servers however I'm just wondering how the Android Plesk app records CPU load average statistics? The reason why I ask is because the Plesk health monitor and my Cacti graphs indicate that my average CPU usage is approximately just under 5%...
