upgrade onyx to obsidian fail

    Resolved onyx 17.8 upgrade to obsidian hang and lose control panel

    hello i try to upgrade onyx to obsidian in web gui i started upgrade but it hang up in installation .net core 2.1.17 hangup for 6 hours and i restart server then my control panel is gone websites are up but cp is down...
