3006/js.cgi?pca&r=22619 addon on whole pages

hi,
I am using freebsd 4.9
and there is a problem
everything works fine
but
something is adding whole pages some scripts like below
<script language='javascript' src='http://127.0.0.1:3006/js.cgi?pca&r=22619'></script>

<script language='javascript'>postamble();</script>

how can I cancel this script,
sometimes when apache is restarted from plesk
it is temporarily fixed, but somethimes it can not be fixed

please help me
