"450 4.7.1 Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname"

After we have switched from Qmail to Postfix, it seems our clients are facing a problem with their e-mail. It seems that some get their emails in return, with this error message "450 4.7.1 Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname"

Any ideas how to prevent this?
