Hi,

Just another way: you can configure firewall rules (How to install Plesk Firewall), add IP of CloudFlare to the whitelist (How do I whitelist Cloudflare's IP addresses in iptables?) and prohibit access from other IPs to HTTP/HTTPS ports.
