Activate MOD_REWRITE / Rewrite Rules

Hello,

i was trying to setup Gallery on my virtual Server /w Windows for a subdomain.
Gallery tells me that either Apache is not obeying my .htaccess files oder does not have the rewrite module loaded.

I looked up the http.conf in plesk\admin\conf and uncommented the module, but that still does not work.

is there a way in plesk to define special settings (like rewrite oder php_admin_flags)?
