Question Add new domains

Hello guys,
just order a new v-server running on linux.
The "Plesk webadmin edition" is installed.
I was able to add a webspace "mydomain.com" and 2 domains "mydomain.com" and "mydomain.org".
But wen I try the open the domains, I get the error "site not found".

Could you please give some advices how to add/register a new domain.

Do you have configured DNS for these domains? Are these domains resolvable to your IP address?

Non! I didn't process it.
It is possible to just register a domain at Strato and link it to my server? to avoid the configuration above?
