Adding MS SQL to server

I am going to download MS SQL Express and put it on my server so I can run a banner manager program with it. How do I go about adding it to myserver? Do I go through plesk to add MS SQL to my server.

You should just install it and configure at Server>Databases

I also want to add MS SQL so that i can run other apps like Site Builder for example, do i also need to get a MSSQL key from sw-soft for it to work, or does anyone know if they will release a MYSQL version for windows.....
