Issue Advanced Monitoring too many redirects

Hi,
it's a week i can't use the advanced monitoring plugin since when i go to the page i get a grey page with error too many redirects.
I tried to remove the plugin and reinstall but nothing changed.
I tried all the plesk repair but nothing.
How can i fix this?
