Age Verification forward?

I'm building a site for a vapor lounge and I need to have a message that says "are you 18 years or older? Yes or No?" pop up before letting anyone in the site. How would I do this?

Web Presence Builder provides no built-in feature for it.

However, you set up a PHP file triggering the pop-up screen, setting a cookie if the user pressed "Yes". Store the PHP file on the server, provided you have access to it. Then integrate a site-wide PHP module in Web Presence Builder that checks for the existence of the cookie.
