Issue Apache and nginx help

How can I setup one domain in plesk completly on apache I.e no nginx as proxy and other domain can have both or only nginx?

Such a usage scenario, unfortunately, is impossible. Nginx takes port 80 on all IP when enabled.
The maximum that can be done is to write absolutely custom configs. But we do not approve of this.
