Issue Apache-Nginx /Plesk Panel server, DoS attack from own IP

I have an unusual problem I've been trying to diagnose for a while: when i run a command

netstat -ntu | awk '{print $5}' | cut -d: -f1 | sort | uniq -c | sort -n

output
   4238 560.24.41.2 -dummy ip
   5990 6523.54.54.77- my server IP
   6167 25.45.64.3 -dummy ip
