Issue Apache Restart Twice when modifying a Domain Causing 502 Bad Gateway nginx

Hi,

It seems Apache is Restarting twice when modifying a domain according to the error_log.

Also It causes Causing 502 Bad Gateway nginx error (Yes! for a sec but terminate the current requests).

Can someone help me in this case?

I have attached my /var/log/httpd/error_log.
