  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Apache With Nginx Reverse Proxy Question

JerryTek101

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 22.04
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian v18.0.56_build1800231106.15 os_Ubuntu 22.04
My current setup is, Ubuntu 22.04 with Apache as backend webserver & Nginx as a reverse Proxy for Apache. Before I setup Nginx as a reverse proxy https://examplehostname , https://exampleipaddress both displayed https://exampledomain.com webpage. However when I setup Nginx As A Reverse Proxy for Apache now https://hostname is Plesk's default page instead of my domains webpage. What did I do wrong or is this the normal setup?
It was not like this when I was only using Apache

Photo is: https://examplehostname
How Do I Remove This deafult page and switch it back to my domains webpage?
Also was wondering if it is possible to maybe disable direct IP/Hostname access?
