• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Apache2 not working with nginx

Hi kobelka,

as already mentioned in your other thread, pls. consider not to use "mpm-event", when you use PHP-FPM at your (sub)domain; use "mpm-prefork" instead.

In addition, pls. always consider to post corresponding logs from BOTH webservers, when you use a combination of apache+nginx and don't forget to provide informations about your used PHP - handler and the content ( i.e.: wordpress, drupal, Joomla, other CMS, ... , magento, other shop-software, ... ), because such informations help as well to investigate a root cause.
Pls. note as well, that often enough, ".htaccess" - files are used, but nginx doesn't read these directives - you have to convert them into nginx - directives.

First suggestions:
  • Pls. go to => Home > Tools & Settings > Apache Web Server and change the MPM - mode to "MPM-PREFORK"
  • Pls. don't forget to enable the apache - module "proxy_html", "proxy_http" and "phpX.X", when you use a apache+nginx combination
  • Pls. use the Plesk extension "htaccess to nginx". More informations can be found over a forum search, or by visiting: => htaccess to nginx - Plesk Extensions
  • Pls. provide the informations about possible ".htaccess" - files
  • Pls. provide informations about possible existent additional nginx directives
