• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Issue Backup fails

darkdragon

New Pleskian
Backup fails with the following message:

Unable to upload the backup to the FTP storage: boost::filesystem::file_size: No such file or directory: "/usr/local/psa/PMM/tmp/repo_transport_tmp_v5twma/backup_privatekey_1705190212.tgz"

I use Let's Encrypt to secure my website. Using a similar configuration for other domains, it works without any problems. Is this error even about the SSL private key or about another key?

Any hint's why this backup might fail?

Thanks for your hint!

Although, this KB addresses the database backup file ("/usr/local/psa/PMM/tmp/.../databases/example_wp_1/backup_1704101200.tgz") and not the private key backup file as in my case. Further this patch seems to be applied on an older version of Packer.pm than the one currently installed in Plesk Onyx (inspecting the diff of these files).

Any further ideas?
