Blank panels page

All,

When i click on my web space it shows me a blank page.
I'm unable to navigate further into my webspace.

Please help. I'm on 11.09 version

I get the following page, don't know whats wrong.
This started happeing after i did an upgrade.

Yes, tried it in Mozilla, Chrome and IE

Hello to All people. I have the same problem and in my browser after enabling php error I see that:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_failure_redirect_url() in C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\auto_prepend\auth.php3 on line 222

But when i try to open i see only cripted characters.
Any Suggestion Please....

windows server 2008 64 bit R2 Ita Language
Plesk 11.00 Error in Update 11.5

Seems Plesk was not correctly upgraded. I suggest you contact Support Team.

How i Can contact them. When I try with the module on line it say that my license code is property of Ovh and Ovh says that my plan not offer assistance. So i write here to resolve. Any Idea...Please.

you can also try to run autoinstaller repeatedly. it lloks like plib\functions.php is missed or does not upgraded properly.

use --reinstall-patch key or --upgrade-installed-components. I hope it helps. If no, post autoinstaller error here.
