Block/Banning IP

How to,

I tried without results to block Ip and dns below

193.89.221.64
gp64outside.bang-olufsen.dk
ns.bang-olufsen.dk
ns2.bang-olufsen.dk
193.89.221.2
193.89.221.124
pool221.bang-olufsen.dk

Anybody who know how to (.htaccess) not working and in
the windows server 2003 IIS Manager

You can use windows firewall to block those IP's

I found how to config may be there are missing som there, but very helpfull is shows something in this way. May be some difference by windows server 2003
