Issue Blocked ports 25-587

Basic Pleskian
Server operating system version
ubuntu 22.04
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian Web Host Edition Version 18.0.68
I have a Plesk panel and recently migrated to a new data center (DC) from Contabo. I imported the websites using the import tool, but there are some issues, such as not being able to send or receive emails.

I contacted the DC, and they enabled all ports as “any.” Within Plesk Firewall, I enabled ports 25, 587, 465, 993, and 995 for both TCP and UDP.
Still, when I go to the email settings, I get the following error message, and I am unable to send or receive emails:

“You cannot send emails from Plesk because outbound connections on TCP ports 25 and 587 are blocked. Check the firewall settings or contact your hosting provider. If you are sure that the ports are already open, Plesk can recheck them.”

Has anyone experienced a similar issue before?

I think I messed up the configuration of Postfix and Dovecot. I removed and reinstalled them, but it still didn’t work with the broken configuration. Therefore, I installed Qmail and Courier-IMAP instead of Postfix and Dovecot.
