Issue Bug on plesk after creatind subscription / domain

solarweb

New Pleskian
Hello,

I have a bug for serveral month now, happening on 2 or 3 servers that I am managing.

When I create a new subscription, then i go to access the domain i just create, i refresh, and randomly it display the good website, or the default plesk website.

But the default plesk website have been deleted, so it is not the page of the vhosts, maybe it is displaying the default page of the server...

The only thing working to solve, is to reboot the server, i tried to reboot apache, ningx, fpm... i tried plesk repair...

Exemple on ubuntu 16.04 and plesk obisidian last version, but was installed as Onyx and already had the bug on Onyx version...

Best regards,

Could you please explain your issue again?

Before that, try to repair your installation.
plesk repair all -y

Hello,

Ok I explain with other words.

1 - I create a new domain
2 - I delete the default plesk files, and add my files
3 - I go on the domain I newly created (after pointing the dns)
4 - I got either my files, or the default plesk files when i refresh my page, randomly.

I need to restart the server if I want the domain to work normally.

I already tried a lot of repair, I think I already tried the repair all.

Best regards,

Have you already looked at the logfiles?
(/var/log/nginx/ as well as /var/www/vhosts/system/your.domain/logs/)
