• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Cannot enable Spam Filter after Ensim Migration

I have a new server with Plesk 7.5.4 and just imported all the domains from Ensim over to the new server. I see that the migration manager worked great except one problem.

When trying to configure a mailbox that was transfered in the migration, the option to enable/disable Spam Filtering (with SpamAssassin) is disabled. The only way I can get this functionality back is to completely delete and re-add the mailbox. Once I do this, the ability to enable spam filtering is available.

Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it? I would really hate to go back through 500 e-mail accounts and delete, re-add each one just for spam filtering.

Thanks for the help in advance.
