• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Cannot remove Certificate from domain

Hi,

I wanne remove a certificate that is related to a specific domain.
But although I unchecked in hosting settings the option 'activate SSL support', confirmed and even reloaded Apache the certificate is still shown (s. attachment).

Is this a bug ? Or how can I remove it (to remove it from the domain list of certificates)??

Thank you very much!

Did you try to remove certificate with cli utility? For example:

List of certificates for domain:

# /usr/local/psa/bin/certificate -l -domain domain.com

Remove certificate:

# /usr/local/psa/bin/certificate -r Certificate_name -domain domain.com

Yes, I checked with CLI commands before. And the returns were the same:
it says that there is still one IP adress used. But there is not in fact!!!

Do you really don't know this problem? Cannot believe that.
I checked that with another domain afterwrads: just the SAME problem.
You should really know about it!...
Please fix this bug soon!
Thank you.

What sort of error message you have after these CLI commands exactly?

as I said: exactly the same error message than the one shown by the Plesk Panel (see the screenshot attached!!).
I saw by this way that Plesk is using just those shell commands as well!!:
/usr/local/psa/bin/certificate -r "Zert Toursplanner2" -domain toursplanner.com

The option 'used' cannot be reduced to 0 !!!

You really do not know this symptom, Igor?...
It seems to me to be a 'usual' bug.

By the way: is there a chance to install Webmin parallely to Plesk Panel as well?...

Sorry, but I have not found error message "The option 'used' cannot be reduced to 0" on your attached screenshot http://forum.parallels.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=5547&d=1333536060
Also I have not found any mentions of this error in our internal resources and not found any mentions of this error with help of forum search engine. I think it should be investigated directly on your server. Therefore I suggest you contact Parallels Support Team.

I've never tried to install Webmin along with Plesk, but we do not recommend installing any other third-party panel on the server where Plesk is already installed. You can try this at your own risk.

No, the error message you can see on the attachment called 'Plesk, Domain-Zertifikat Löschfehler.jpg'!!!!
It begins with "Zertifikate können nicht entfernt werden: eines oder...."
The option 'used' (German: 'verwendet') is at the right bottom of the same screenshot!!

Do you understand now?...

I meanwhile have heard from my server provider that they know this problem at Plesk and they (and me) ask you again to fix this bug please!...
Thank you.

PS: Your collegues also don't know anything about WebMin parallel installed to Plesk Panel?...
