Cant Access Control Panel

Hi. I can't access the plesk control panel every time a try to do it I get a page not found. Even if a do it locally on the server when I type the address https://localhost:8443 I get a page not found error. I think the problem lies on the IIS some configuration got changed and since then it is not working. I try running the REPAIR utility and every time I do it it freezes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Make sure first that Plesk service is started. You can check it in corresponding icon in Windows tray. Check errors in Event Viewer if there are problems with starting.

Thanks the services are all running just fine.

I even try reinstalling plesk and I'm still having the problem. I did realize that the problem seems to be with the login.php3 file. because when I call the index.php file I get redirected to the login.php3 file and it's when I get the page not found error. I went to the admin directory to make sure the file exists and it does exists.

You can resreating Plesk web site in IIS by switching Plesk CP web provider from IIS to Apache and then vice versa:

Also, please, check how it works on Apache.
