Issue Cant activate Fail2Ban

Hi all,

I'm tring to activate the Fail2Ban module, i enable the option and then click apply. But in new page it's stil deactivated. I removed and installed it again but no changes. Is there any known issue?

I'm using:

OS ‪CentOS Linux 7.7.1908 (Core)‬
Product Plesk Obsidian last version

there is no such file. but fail2ban is installed
