• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Can't Run Scheduled Tasks

Hi guys,
After upgrading to Plesk 10 I can't run scheduled tasks. When I try to run anything, even a simple Ping I always get the following output:

User: HYDRUS\web-2u
Running task: ping stuff.co.nz
Started: Thu Jan 13 12:19:44 2011
Failed with error: Unable to load the domain (HYDRUS) user (web-2u) profile: (5) Access is denied.Thu Jan 13 12:20:15 2011

It came about as we have regular PHP scripts customers run. However the same thing happens:

User: HYDRUS\web-2u
Running task: php -f E:\inetpub\vhosts\domain.co.nz\httpdocs\billing\pipe\pop.php
Started: Thu Jan 13 12:00:00 2011
Failed with error: Unable to load the domain (HYDRUS) user (web-2u) profile: (5) Access is denied.Thu Jan 13 12:00:31 2011

The error is vague and I don't even know where to start looking

Did you try to use Plesk reconfigurator for correcting of permissions ?

That's a good idea. I tried it but still getting the same error unfortunately :(

Has anyone from Parallels got any information on this? I have triple checked permissions and can't find any further information on the net.
