Input cgroup manager extension on Plesk

Support from Plesk on the forum is literally zero.
And the only reason for me shifting to Plesk was to get Cgroups without paying extra as in cPanel.
Even your trial version for the web hosting edition doesn't tell anywhere that the cgroup manager will cost extra.
And now i am stuck with Plesk since i have purchased it for a year.
So If i have to pay extra for that 1 freakin cgroups, I would rather prefer cPanel with cloudlinux
