change qmail ip

i have a plesk with several ip's i want to change the default ip to one of the newer ip's or atleast the qmail outgoing bind address to a newer ip.
i read somewhere i could remove the ip and reload ip's but i have 30 domains on that ip i dont want to disturb.
any ideas. also any one made a dynamic /var/qmail/control/me file with spp plugins? that would solve any probs i have with qmail.
