Not sure where to go from here.
I am currently using products sold by "Cloud Linux Inc." for my server instance.

The OS is "CloudLinux Server 6.6 (Leonid Kizim)".
I want to convert the instance to HVM (hardware assisted virtual instance) from PV (paravirtual instance).
The folks at CL do not offer much support at all. Especially when it comes to the products they sell in Amazon Marketplace.
Does anyone have any idea where to ask for help in this matter? I am not asking for them to convert it for me, but since it is an instance they built, you would think they could at least offer some guidance?
Or am I just barking up the wrong tree here?
