Hi everyone,
I am experiencing a problem with a site hosted on a temporary domain provided by Plesk Charmed - Notti di luna blu.
The problem occurs like this:
Here are the details of the operations I have already performed:
I restarted the Apache and Nginx services using the commands:
Both services appear to be active (running) after the restart.
I checked the permissions of the httpdocs folder and they seem correct (755 for directories, 644 for files).
The domain is configured as a temporary domain and I am using the default settings.
Despite these operations, the problem persists. I found no obvious errors in the Apache or Nginx logs, but I can provide more details if needed.
Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this intermittent behavior?
Thank you very much for your support!

The problem occurs like this:
- Sometimes the site works properly for a few minutes.
- Afterwards, I get an error in the browser: “Connection failed. An error occurred while connecting.”
- The problem seems temporary, but I can't figure out what triggers it.

I restarted the Apache and Nginx services using the commands:
- sudo service apache2 restart
